Blacklisted phones supported but they will NOT work in Canada even after unlocking them.
Make sure "Find my iPhone" feature is OFF before unlocking so there are no issues later. No refund if it gets stuck on activation or iCloud screen due to that option and you don't know the username/password.
Phone MUST be Activated on Bell before unlocking.
Blacklisted, Rejected, Not Clean, In Contract, Out of Contract are all supported. But please note that if the device is blacklisted, it will NOT work in Canada even after unlocking it.
