How to do it:
- Step 1: After the mainboard is planted with soldering oil, put it on the heating table(Reminder:11Pro Max/12 Mini/12/12Pro Max, Please remove the heat dissipation sticker on the back of the motherboard before layering. It is recommended to use lead-free low temperature 130°C tin paste for bonding, and the bonding temperature of X/XS/XS Max/11/11Pro Max/12MINI/12/12Pro Max is 190℃)
- Step 2: Put on the upper layer of the motherboard
- Step 3: Put on the corresponding pressure holding mold
- Step 4: Put on the pressure-holding fan, turn on the heating table to heat up, heat up to the set temperature, and turn on the pressure-holding far to dissipate heat. When it reaches normal temperature, just remove the motherboard
