- This product can only remove Xiaomi Mi Account!

- Units locked to Chinese numbers (+86...) are not supported at the moment!

To start order processing you should first make an order and after that send an e-mail with 3 (three) images to fei@martview.com must type Order id in the email subject
- image with 12-digits unlock code
- image with Mi ID
- image with imei

How to Make Images

Images required for processing:
- image #1 is a picture with 12-digits unlock code
- image #2 is a picture with Mi ID
- image #3 is a picture with imei1 + imei2

1. Prepare device
- Power-Off phone
- Hold Volume Up + Power buttons, you will see the Recovery mode
- Select Wipe Data and reset the phone to factory defaults


2. Make an image with 12-symbols-unlock-code:
- DO NOT connect the phone to Internet/WiFi!
- Click 10 times to Lock sign, you will see 12-digits code



3. Make an image with Mi ID:
- Press "Activate this device" button and you will see a white screen with Mi ID, it will be like (123****456)



4. Make an image with imei1 + imei2:
- Download Mi Flash Pro
- Power-Off phone
- Hold Volume + Power buttons, you will see the Recovery mode
- select `Connect with assistant`
- connect the unit to PC
- login with ANY Mi ID
- two times should be visible in the `Recovery` section
- if you don't see imei click to `Refresh Device`


Note: In case of a problem with IMEI reading via software just remove back cover and make a photo of IMEI1 sticker.

Note: If you see owner message at the screen - go to Recovery menu and make Wipe. After that, it will be no message anymore and you can take photos.
