The operation steps of screen separation:

• Haul back the lower plate, lock the screw tightly(skid resistance).

• Turn on the thermostat switch on left, setting the temperature to 80 degrees.

• Put the silica gel on the heated plate holes to holes.

• Put downwards the screen onto the silica gel, tum on vacuum switch, the screen being sucked.

• Adjust steel wire to the height of pressing the glass exactly.

• Keep a constant speed to separate LCD and glass.

• Take off the LCD, the operation steps of screen separation is.

The operation steps of polarizer remove:

• Turn on the thermostat switch on right, setting the temperature to 180 degrees.

• Put downwards the screen onto the silica gel, turn on the vacuum switch, the screen is sucked.

• Put the blade on one end of the polarizer, push the plate, and then the polarizer will fall off.

• Turn down the vacuum switch and take out the screen.
