3. View Balance
You may check your gift card balance in your SHEIN account.
The balance in your gift card may be used on SHEIN to purchase products and services.
The gift card balance cannot be withdrawn for cash.
4. Validity Period and Refund
The validity period for gift cards is one year after generation. (expiry may vary depending on time of purchase) Once a gift card has been redeemed, it cannot be returned.
If an order is paid by a gift card and a refund was requested, the portion paid by the gift card will be returned to the gift card.
